Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract new property owner clients and prospective tenants.
- Utilise a variety of channels, including online research, social media, digital marketing campaigns, and networking, to source new leads.
- Qualify leads against established criteria to ensure they align with our business objectives.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads within our CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate closely with the property management team to understand current and future inventory and leasing requirements.
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all lead generation activities.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients and provide them with relevant information about our services.
- Proven experience in a lead generation, sales, or business development role, ideally within the real estate or property management industry.
- A strong understanding of lead generation techniques and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and persuasive telephone manner.
- Highly self-motivated, with a demonstrable ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the US rental market is highly advantageous.
