Overview
Rivers and Steel City Homes Inc. is a fast-growing short-term rental company looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to join our operations team. As our Linens Coordinator & Inventory Tracking Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping our properties guest-ready and fully stocked. This is a hands-on position with flexible scheduling — typically 2 to 3 days per week — and a clear path for growth within a company that's scaling quickly.
Responsibilities
- Pack linen bags tailored to individual property requirements
- Follow and manage the check-in/check-out schedule to ensure timely linen turnovers
- Coordinate with our laundering partners on pick-up and drop-off timing
- Monitor inventory levels across properties using our tracking technology
- Pack and prepare supply refills for delivery to each location
- Place replenishment orders when inventory hits threshold levels
- Maintain organized records of supplies and linen inventory
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using technology — apps, spreadsheets, or inventory platforms
- Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills for coordinating with laundry partners and our team
- Ability to manage time effectively around a dynamic cleaning and check-in schedule
- Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, logistics, or inventory is a plus — but not require
