Overview
We are hiring 2–3 reliable, detail-oriented Cleaners / Turnover Specialists to join our property management team. You will be responsible for cleaning, restaging, and preparing our short-term rental properties between guest stays — ensuring every home is guest-ready and meets our five-star quality standard.
This is a W-2 position — not a 1099 gig. You'll be a real member of our team with job protections, structured training, and a clear path for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and surface sanitization to meet company standards
- Efficiently change all linens to stage and prepare rental properties between guest stays
- Restock supplies and amenities to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction and inventory management
- Follow established cleaning checklist protocols, including hotel-style housekeeping procedures such as property staging
- Conduct thorough inspections of each property to identify maintenance needs or damages and report issues promptly
- Knowledge of cleaning solutions pertains to what's being cleaned
- Maintain a high level of professional courtesy by communicating effectively with property managers and guests when necessary
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality (hotel or residential cleaning) is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with custodial tasks such as trash removal, surface disinfection, and general maintenance.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy items (up to 50lbs.) , and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Reliable transportation
- Current Smart phone for our company software to track scheduled jobs, communication, and progress
- Availability to work daily between 10-4. Weekends and non religious holidays are a must.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
