B&N Water/Wastewater Treatment Process Engineer Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the design and construction phases of water and wastewater treatment projects
- Assist in providing leadership and growth for established regional water/wastewater group
- Organize and schedule design and construction phases of projects
- Train, coach, and mentor junior design staff in developing and delivering design projects
- Delegate and supervise work for multiple engineers over various projects
- Actively participate in project delivery to create an exemplary client exemplary experience by delivering work on schedule and budget
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration
- 10 years of related water/wastewater experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with directing the production and review of design drawings; has knowledge of incorporating AutoCAD design
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Highly driven and motivated to achieve and drive production for process engineering design group
