B&N Roadway Engineer Responsibilities
- Lead technical designs on transportation projects, such as geometric roadway design
- Work with senior engineers and project managers to solve complex engineering challenges
- Mentor EIT’s and co-ops in the transportation group
- Build meaningful internal and external relationships
- Potential development opportunities to grow into a project management role
- Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited Civil Engineering program
- PE registration is required
- 5-10 years of related civil transportation experience
- Software experience with MicroStation & OpenRoads Designer
- Good communication skills, organization skills, team player, and detail oriented
- Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
