Prior bridge inspection, design, and/or load rating experience required.

Responsibilities
- Plan, lead and manage complex bridge inspection and assessment projects across the state of Arizona
- Lead and train younger staff in the field and in the office.
- Market new and existing clients, develop a pipeline of bridge engineering projects and help build bridge engineering services in the southwestern united states.
- Assist marketing and business development opportunities in other geographies throughout the western United States.
Prior bridge inspection, design, and/or load rating experience required.
- Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with AASHTOWare BrM required.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Ability to work outside regardless of weather conditions
- Ability to withstand high levels of physical exertion including walking, climbing, bending, carrying, and lifting up to 50 lbs. of equipment
- Ability and willingness to travel for field work. Travel requirements may be up to 100 days per year and include out-of-state travel depending on workload.
- A valid driver's license with acceptable driving history is a must.
