B&N Project Manager/Bridge Engineer Responsibilities
- Manage the bridge design project delivery to create an exemplary client experience to a wide variety of clients including the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) and cities & counties throughout the state and region
- Collaborate on project pursuits and preparation of proposals including scope, budget and deliverables
- Lead design and monitor task performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and contribute to management of risk
- Lead the design and production of bridge plans for ODOT and local agency projects
- Create an exemplary client experience throughout project delivery
- Monitor quality control, performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk
- Engage and coordinate with multi-discipline team members internally and externally
- Coach junior level staff and CADD technicians in-person and remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil or structural preferred) from an ABET accredited engineering program
- P.E. License in the state of Oklahoma or ability to obtain through reciprocity
- 7 years of related bridge design experience
- Experience with MS Office and CAD design software required
- Bridge design project management experience is a preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
