- Provide CADD support for transportation projects using AutoCAD and Bentley design platforms
- Assist in the development, preparation, and labeling of preliminary layouts, detailed design drawings, and construction plans from engineering notes, sketches, markups, and other reference materials
- Work directly with project engineers and design staff to develop plan sets and construction documents for a variety of transportation projects
- Support the setup, organization, and maintenance of CADD workspaces, including standards, templates, reference files, and related project resources
- Help manage drawing files and workspace tools to promote consistency, quality, and efficiency across projects and teams
- Provide drafting and design support for projects of varying size and complexity serving multiple clients
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in drafting/design technology or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of related CADD experience
- Certificate in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Bentley products, or related coursework/experience preferred
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Bentley products such as MicroStation preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within established CADD standards and file management practices
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
