JOB SUMMARY
The Hospice Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of the agency’s program under the guidance of the Director. Overall responsibility as a leader is to plan and to provide with the team, individualized nursing care and comprehensive service to families and patients with life limiting illnesses.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active Iowa license for Iowa residents or an active license in a compact state in which you reside.
Experience: Three (3) years nursing experience in home care with previous management experience preferred.
Alternative to Minimum Qualifications: Alternate combinations of education and experience may be considered.
