Description

The Home Health and Hospice RN provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes by assessing the patient, identifying patient problems or potential problems, developing, implementing and evaluating nursing care plans and patient care. Works in team relationships with other home health and hospice providers.

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active Iowa license for Iowa residents or an active license in a compact state in which you reside.

Experience: Two (2) years prior experience as staff nurse preferred.

Alternative to Minimum Qualifications: Alternate experience may be considered.

This is a full-time position.
