The Senior Manager of Field Strategy & Execution plays a critical role in bridging brand strategy and field execution across the BKC network. This individual will lead communication to the field team, drive strategic decision-making on key initiatives (including FSS and SOV programs), and oversee cross-functional projects that support brand priorities. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and stakeholder management to ensure initiatives are effectively implemented and deliver measurable impact. In addition, will require leading of multiple people on the team to ensure they support brand initiatives.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL.

What You'll Do
Field Communication & Alignment
- Lead the development and delivery of clear, consistent communications to the BKC field team, including presenting of Monday field calls & contributing to HOTG
- Ensure alignment between corporate strategy and field execution priorities
- Translate strategic initiatives into actionable guidance for field teams and franchisees
- Drive strategy and execution for key field and franchise programs (e.g., FSS, SOVs)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and guide decision-making
- Monitor industry trends and field feedback to inform ongoing strategy
- Lead end-to-end project management of cross-functional initiatives aligned with brand strategy
- Develop timelines, track milestones, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Lead planning and execution of field leadership meetings, including coordinating logistics and partnering cross-functionally with leadership, operations, and analytics teams to deliver high-impact, insight-driven events
- Oversee the development, rollout, and tracking of key field initiatives
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure effectiveness and impact
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
- Serve as a key liaison across departments including Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Franchise teams
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and franchise partners
- Facilitate alignment and drive accountability across teams
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- Strategic thinker with strong execution and organizational capabilities
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Strong analytical abilities with experience using data to drive decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Proven experience in strategy, operations, or field support roles (QSR or franchise environment preferred)
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders
- Experience working with field teams or franchise systems is a plus
- Clear, effective communication that drives alignment across the field
- Successful execution of high-impact brand initiatives
- Strong cross-functional partnerships and stakeholder trust
- Measurable improvements in field program performance and operational execution
