Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Operations Execution – US&C is responsible for driving best-in-class operational performance and enabling consistent, high-quality execution across the Burger King US&C system. This role sits at the center of cross-functional planning and is accountable for translating strategic priorities into clear, sequenced, and executable plans for the field.
This individual helps to plan and strategize the Brand calendar, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, integrated, and delivered in a way that maximizes franchisee adoption, operational readiness, and in-restaurant execution. The role also oversees key vendor partnerships that support operational standards and execution at scale.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week.

Responsibilities
Translate Brand Calendar into Operational Readiness
- Partner with Marketing to understand the brand calendar, priorities, and upcoming Limited Time Offers
- Convert brand initiatives into clear operational plans, timelines, and requirements for the field teams
- Ensure restaurants are fully prepared to execute campaigns, product launches, and promotions at a high level
- Identify operational risks and readiness gaps early, and drive mitigation plans
- Drive clear communication of timelines, milestones, and expectations to field teams and franchisees
- Ensure strong system-wide execution of core initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and operational changes
- Develop standardized execution tools, playbooks, and communications to support consistent delivery
- Monitor execution performance and drive accountability through data and structured follow-up
- Analyze key operational and financial metrics (e.g., sales, speed of service, guest satisfaction, restaurant profitability) to identify performance gaps
- Lead initiatives to improve throughput, simplify operations, and enhance the guest experience
- Use data and field insights to inform prioritization and continuous improvement
- Act as a key partner to franchisees, influencing adoption and execution of system initiatives
- Support field teams with clear priorities, tools, and guidance to drive performance
- Incorporate franchisee and field feedback into planning and execution processes
- Serve as the central point of coordination across functions to ensure operational readiness and alignment
- Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early, and drive resolution
- Own relationships with key third-party vendors supporting operations (e.g., equipment, technology, training)
- Ensure vendor deliverables align with operational needs, timelines, and quality standards
- Partner with Procurement and cross-functional teams to evaluate vendor performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement
- Hold vendors accountable to SLAs, timelines, and execution outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in large-scale restaurant operations, with a solid understanding of the QSR industry.
- Strong understanding of franchise business models and U.S. field operations
- Experience managing external vendors or agency partners in an operational or execution capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with familiarity in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create actionable plans to address operational issues and improve performance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams and franchise partners.
- Skilled in applying the “Plan, Do, Check, Act” methodology for problem-solving, focusing on root cause analysis and strategic solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and navigate large, matrixed organizations.
- Willingness to travel on an ad-hoc basis to support field operations, conduct training sessions, and implement brand standards.
