Job Description
- Define test strategy
- Review test plans
- Review the test cases authored by the team
- Develop effort estimation for the release
- Participate in sprint planning
- Participate in agile ceremonies
- Manages an application and collects and analyzes QA related performance indicator data.
- Reports on QE progress and communicating gaps, issues, and risks to leadership
- Coordinate with Offshore for the progress updates and knowledge transition of the application
- Implement best practices to test, identify, reproduce, and report defects
- Track overall progress of execution of the project
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards
