Role Overview:
Experienced QA professional responsible for leading functional testing activities, defining test strategies, and ensuring quality delivery across releases in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement test strategyfor releases
- Review and validate test plans and test casesprepared by the QA team
- Provide effort estimationfor testing activities
- Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
- Monitor and manage application quality metrics and KPIs
- Track and report QE (Quality Engineering) progress, risks, and issues to leadership
- Coordinate with offshore teamsfor progress tracking and knowledge transfer
- Ensure adoption of best testing practices and standards
- Identify, reproduce, and report defects effectively
- Track overall test execution progressand ensure timely delivery
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Functional Testing / QA Coordination
- Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder managementskills
- Ability to manage onsite-offshore coordination
