You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Manpower and Military Personnel Department of BUREAU OF NAVAL PERSONNEL.
Salary:
GS-11: $74,678.00 - $97,087.00
GS-12: $89,508.00 - 116,362.00
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11: grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducts qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate complex manpower and organizational issues and develops effective recommendations; 2) Extracts, validates, and interprets data from manpower systems (e.g., Navy Total Force Manpower Management System, TFMMS) to ensure accuracy for decision-making; 3) Knowledge in military organizational design and position management, with ability to recommend organizational realignments; 4) Provides authoritative recommendations on manpower requirements and resource allocation aligned with Navy policies; 5) Prepares clear, formal reports and briefings to communicate analysis and recommendations to leadership; 6) Coordinates Navy and DoD funding processes, including Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions.

Awareness of funding processes such as POM.
