At Burds' Lawn Care, we take pride in helping customers maintain and improve their properties both inside and outside of their homes. We provide a wide range of services including (outside) lawn mowing, spring and fall cleanups, garden bed maintenance, pruning, edging, patio creation & maintenance. (inside) Drywall work, painting, flooring, tiling, light electrical & plumbing.
We are looking for motivated and experienced Property Maintenance Team Members to help deliver exceptional results for our customers.

Responsibilites
- Operate zero-turn mowers safely and efficiently.
- Perform weed whacking, edging, pruning, weeding, and general landscape maintenance.
- Complete spring cleanups, fall cleanups, and garden bed maintenance projects.
- Load, unload, and maintain equipment and tools.
- Drive company trucks and trailers safely to and from job sites.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Assist with interior property maintenance projects including painting, flooring, and tiling when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or property maintenance.
- Experience operating zero-turn mowers and landscaping equipment.
- Previous experience in working in gardens.
- Ability to safely drive a truck with a trailer.
- Knowledge of pruning, edging, weeding, and landscape maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required.
- Clean driving record required and must be insurable to operate company vehicles.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading equipment and materials.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
