What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter position at DC Property Maintenance LLC?
We are looking for a motivate individual who has great attention to detail and can handle a wide variety of projects. The right candidate will be someone who can work independently and provide exceptional service to our clients.
We do everything from 4 season outside maintenance, plowing, lawn care, landscaping, building/remodeling, decks, interior and exterior paint, lead remediation, whole house remodels, handyman repairs, apartment turn overs, and more! We are a one stop shop for our customers. We oversee more than 300 apartments, have several jobs lined up and are looking to add another skilled painter to our team.
Our company is looking for an experienced Painter. The ideal candidate would have an eye for detail and be very organized. You must be able to lift 20lbs Our ideal candidate has some experience working as an experienced painter, but we will train the right person. You should be skilled with various power and hand tools. Having additional industrial qualifications are a plus, taping and mudding experience is a plus. This job typically requires that you stand for long periods of time and requires the extensive use of your upper body (arms). You will need to be able to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, reach, stretch, lift, and climb for this job. For example, you may need to climb a tall ladder and reach over it to paint a wall using a roller. Must not be afraid of heights.
Looking for individuals with experience in:
- Interior and Exterior Painting
- Sheetrocking, taping skills a plus
- Experienced in operating lifts
- Organized, attention to detail, reliable, courteous and professional to our customers,
- Works well alone and with others, able to lead projects, and takes pride in their quality of work.

Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Paid holidays (After 90 Days)
One week personal time (After 6 months of Employment)
Sick time (accrues after 90 Days)
Schedule is mainly Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm

Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
