Carpenter (5 yrs exp)

We are looking for a motivate individual who has great attention to detail and can handle a wide variety of projects. The right candidate will be someone who can work independently and provide exceptional service to our clients.

We do everything from 4 season outside maintenance, plowing, lawn care, landscaping, building/remodeling, decks, interior and exterior paint, lead remediation, whole house remodels, handyman repairs, apartment turn overs, and more! We are a one stop shop for our customers. We oversee well over 300 apartments, have several jobs lined up and are looking to add another carpenter to our team.

Looking for individuals with experience in:

- Carpentry skills. Building/framing, flooring, tile, installing kitchen/bath cabinets, and finish trim work a plus

- Sheetrocking and taping skills a plus

- Experienced in operating lifts a plus

- Organized, attention to detail, reliable, courteous and professional to our customers,

- Works well alone and with others, and takes pride in their quality of work.

Must have a valid drivers license

Pay based on experience

Paid holidays (After 90 Days)

One week personal time (After 6 months of Employment)

Sick time (accrues after 90 Days)

Schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm
