Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Assistant Manager role based in Houston also have Nashville, TN avb. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. You will assist in inventory management, oversee sales activities, and maintain a well-organized shopping environment. Additional responsibilities include supporting promotional campaigns, guiding customer experiences, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Supervisory skills, such as team leadership, employee training, and performance management
- Customer service expertise, including resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive in-store experience
- Retail and inventory management skills, including stock control and visual merchandising
