- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the appropriate team members
- Assist with meal preparation, plating, and timely service during busy periods
- Inspect food products for freshness, quality, and proper storage
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, tools, and equipment throughout the shift
- Support team members as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications
