- Deliver menu items in a timely manner while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests quickly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area
- Assist with table setup, bussing, and resetting tables between guests
- Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to provide smooth service
- Process payments accurately and handle transactions with professionalism
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive guest experience
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
