Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Operate dishwashing machines and follow all cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Sort, stack, and store cleaned items in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, kitchen floors, trash areas, and related workspaces.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with restaurant procedures.
- Support team members by restocking clean items as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
