Senior Accountant – Multifamily / Property Accounting

The Opportunity
This is a high-impact Senior Accountant role focused on property accounting within a growing multifamily portfolio. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in supporting the month-end close process, financial reporting, and overall accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Support and execute the month-end close process across a growing portfolio
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
• Perform property-level accounting and reporting (Yardi)
• Assist with lender reporting requirements
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Work closely with AP and outsourced accounting support
• Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements
What We’re Looking For
• 3–6 years of real estate accounting experience (multifamily preferred)
• Background in public accounting strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management systems
• Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting
• Demonstrated career progression and stability
