Regional Director of Property Management

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on Regional Director of Property Management to oversee a growing multifamily portfolio throughout the Denver market. This role will be responsible for leading regional operations, improving property performance, developing site teams, and driving execution across a portfolio of workforce and value-add communities.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Leadership
- Lead day-to-day operations across a multi-site multifamily portfolio
- Recruit, train, develop, and manage property management teams
- Establish accountability, performance standards, and operating procedures
- Create a strong culture focused on resident satisfaction and operational excellence
Property Operations
- Conduct regular site visits and property inspections
- Evaluate property performance and implement improvement plans
- Support leasing, occupancy, retention, and resident experience initiatives
- Oversee unit turns, maintenance coordination, vendor performance, and property presentation
- Assist with lease-up, stabilization, and turnaround efforts as needed
Financial & Asset Performance
- Monitor budgets, expenses, collections, and operating performance
- Drive occupancy growth and delinquency reduction
- Identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
- Support implementation of ownership and asset management strategies
Team Development
- Coach and mentor Property Managers, Leasing Teams, and Maintenance Staff
- Evaluate team performance and make staffing recommendations when necessary
- Develop future leaders within the organization
- Foster collaboration and accountability across all properties
Qualifications
Required
- 5 years of multifamily property management experience
- Experience managing multiple properties and site-level teams
- Strong knowledge of leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and vendor management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
