We are partnered with a growing, vertically integrated real estate investment platform focused on multifamily and mixed-use assets across the Southeast.

This firm operates with a merchant builder and value-add mindset—actively acquiring, improving, and repositioning assets with a focus on driving returns, not just holding long-term.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact Asset Management role supporting a dynamic portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use assets.

You will work directly with senior leadership and take ownership of asset-level performance, business plan execution, and third-party property management relationships.

This is not a “desktop” asset management role—this team is highly hands-on, operationally focused, and active in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of 5–8 assets across multiple markets

• Drive NOI growth and business plan execution across value-add and development deals

• Manage and hold accountable third-party property management teams

• Conduct regular site visits and maintain real-time market intelligence

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

• Partner with leadership on strategic decisions, capital plans, and dispositions

• Present asset-level insights internally and occasionally to investors

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of experience in multifamily asset management

• Background that includes operational exposure (property management experience is a plus)

• Experience managing multiple assets simultaneously

• Strong understanding of value-add strategies and asset-level execution

• Comfortable working with third-party property managers

• Strong communication and presentation skills
