Bullpen is partnering with a growing multifamily owner/operator seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee one of several apartment communities in the Kissimmee market.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a multifamily apartment community
- Manage leasing, resident services, maintenance, and administrative staff
- Drive occupancy, resident retention, collections, and overall property performance
- Develop, mentor, and lead high-performing onsite teams
- Manage property budgets and contribute to NOI growth
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing regulations, and operational standards
- Partner with leadership to implement operational improvements and best practices
- Deliver an exceptional resident experience while maintaining strong financial performance
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing conventional multifamily communities
- Proven ability to lead and develop onsite teams
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and expense management
- Experience improving occupancy, collections, and resident satisfaction
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with property transitions or operational change management
- Experience using Entrata or other leading property management software
- Experience with AI-enabled leasing or resident engagement platforms
- Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus
- Existing vendor relationships within the Central Florida market
