The Area Leasing Director is a full-time, on-site position based in Florida, United States. This role is responsible for overseeing leasing activities within assigned properties, ensuring occupancy goals are met, managing leasing teams, and delivering exceptional service to stakeholders. Duties include developing and implementing leasing strategies, building relationships with potential residents, monitoring market trends, and providing training and mentorship to leasing teams. The Area Leasing Director will collaborate with property managers and regional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and values.

• Proven expertise in leasing, property management, and occupancy strategy
• Experience in team management, staff training, and leadership
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills for monitoring market trends and competitive analysis
• Familiarity with leasing regulations, contracts, and compliance standards
• Proficiency with property management software is a plus
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred
