The Project Manager leads marketing operational readiness across creative and innovation. This role collaborates cross-functionally to drive executional excellence, with marketing projects coming in on time, on budget, and at high quality. This role is highly cross-functional (across brand, creative, social, sales, finance, operations, regulatory, and R&D) and is responsible for driving outstanding communication across teams to drive business results.
This role reports to the VP of Brand. This role also works closely with the Sr Innovation Manager to support product innovation initiatives. This role is a 14-week engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Marketing Projects – Planning, Prioritization, and Resourcing
- Own process for cross-functional communication through use of Wrike; ensuring that all creative projects and campaign timelines and deadlines are delivered upon.
- Lead weekly creative prioritization meetings, ensuring creative project intakes are captured, and projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at high quality.
- Support DTC marketing with promotional and limited time offering campaign briefing, and related project planning support, as needed. Innovation Project Support – LTO Flavors, Stage Gate, and Packaging
- Lead cross‑functional team through limited time offer and flavor creation — ensuring that project milestones and deliverables (i.e. packaging, creative support assets, production) are completed on time, and alignment is maintained.
- Support Sr Innovation Manager on Stage Gate process; ensuring action items across cross-functional team are communicated and advance forward, for both outward innovation projects and base business needs (i.e. displays, packaging)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience; familiarity with project management processes, tools and software (preferably Wrike)
- Experience working for or with creative agencies, and/or internal creative teams
- Preferred: experience in product packaging development for retail
- Preferred: Experience working for a CPG brand and/or related innovation projects (including stage gate process)
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with the ability to easily transition between multiple tasks and problem solve
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
