Project Manager (Agency)

Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000

We’re hiring a Project Manager to help manage projects, coordinate client work, and ensure our internal marketing operations run smoothly.

This role sits at the center of our team. You'll work closely with leadership, internal specialists, and clients to keep projects organized, deadlines met, and reporting accurate.

You will be the person who makes sure plans become execution.

• Create and manage project timelines across multiple client accounts
• Own project flow from kickoff to completion
• Track tasks and ensure deadlines are met
• Follow up with team members and vendors to keep projects moving
• Hold team members accountable for deliverables

• Attend client meetings and internal strategy meetings
• Create meeting agendas
• Take organized notes and track action items
• Assign tasks and follow up with the team
• Communicate updates and information with clients when needed

• Gather performance data from vendors and marketing platforms
• Ensure client dashboards and reports are accurate and up to date
• Maintain both integrated and manual reporting data

• Manage calendars for grant and co-op marketing deadlines
• Ensure deadlines are not missed
• Coordinate project flow for participating clients
• Track submissions and documentation

• Manage email marketing lead imports and list management
• Support internal marketing operations and project coordination

These are not required, but they’re a big plus:

• Ad copywriting
• Blog writing
• Basic website updates (WordPress or similar CMS)

The ideal candidate is:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Proactive with follow-up and accountability
• A strong communicator with both clients and internal teams
• Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment

Marketing agency experience is preferred but not required.
