Facilities and Maintenance Technician

Location: Openings in American Fork, Utah

Shift: Full time - Day Shift

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 an hour

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Facilities and Maintenance Technician to

join our fast-growing eCommerce company that’s disrupting the protein bar industry. This

hands-on role will support day-to-day maintenance operations and help ensure our facility is running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented, proactive, and eager to tackle challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on facility systems and
  
  

equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise
• Assist with equipment setup, workstation adjustments, and basic fabrication tasks
• Support remodeling, renovation, and facility improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and regulatory standards
• Work with outside vendors and contractors to coordinate repairs and service visits
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory of tools and supplies
• Monitor building systems for potential hazards or inefficiencies
• Assist in emergency repairs or urgent facility needs as required
  
  

Skill Requirements

• 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, building systems, or a related trade
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills (for logging work orders, tracking maintenance tasks, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and standard maintenance equipment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or in confined spaces if needed
