Schedule: Day: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Swing: 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM Graves:12:00 AM to 8:30 AM.

Monday - Friday possibly weekends

Compensation: $17.00 to $20.00 an hour

Position Summary

BUILT Brands is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Issuing & Returns Specialist to support production and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for issuing raw materials to production, receiving finished goods, and managing returned materials to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and proper inventory flow within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Issuing Materials to Production

• Receive pallets picked by turret truck drivers for production work orders
• Break down pallets as needed to supply correct materials for specific production runs
• Label and track pallets with assigned pallet numbers and corresponding work order numbers
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to production lines
  
  

Receiving Finished Goods (FG) from Production

• Verify finished goods pallets for correct item number, lot code, and quantity
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure efficient and strategic pallet placement
• Help reduce warehouse congestion by supporting organized put-away during active operations
• Maintain accuracy and organization of finished goods inventory
  
  

Receiving Returns from Production

• Inspect returned ingredients and packaging for correct lot numbers and quantities
• Ensure pallets do not contain mixed lot numbers
• Check for spills, contamination, or damaged materials
• Accurately and strategically return materials to proper warehouse locations
  
  

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes preferred
• Forklift or turret truck experience is a plus
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift
• Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
