Assistant Maintenance Manager – Built Bar
Location: Provo,Utah
Shift (5:30 am to 2:00 pm Mon-Fri)
Built Bar is looking for a hands-on, problem-solving Assistant Maintenance Manager to support our maintenance team in keeping production running smoothly. You’ll assist in leading a team of skilled technicians, maintaining equipment reliability, and ensuring compliance with safety and food regulations. This role is perfect for someone with strong electrical and mechanical experience who thrives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coach maintenance technicians (mechanical, electrical, facilities).
Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
Collaborate with Production and Fulfillment Managers to meet operational goals.
Ensure compliance with GMPs, FDA, OSHA, and internal SOPs.
Assist in managing maintenance shop operations, scheduling, and budget tracking.
Inspect work for quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Support contractor work and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
3–5 years maintenance supervision or team lead experience (food manufacturing preferred).
Strong electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance skills.
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of production equipment and food manufacturing processes.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
