What The Position is About:
- Lead the sales team (account managers and customer service team) to ensure established goals and objectives are accomplished
- Create and execute sales strategies to support company growth
- Drive retail sales and develop new retail relationships
- Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster
- Coach and mentor the team to optimize their performance and professional growth
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance
- Travel to maintain relationships with key customer contacts, explain technical issues, and develop new customer relationships
- Represent the company and participate in conferences and trade shows to promote business and develop relationships
- Oversee the preparation of product pricing and special quotations to maximize sales and profitability
- Propose and manage rebate programs
- Provide market analysis and sales forecasts and coordinate with production scheduling to ensure product availability
- Initiate changes and modifications in operational processes and procedures to increase sales
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 5 years of sales management experience within the building materials industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary : $130,000 - $165,000
