What The Position is About:
- Own the full lifecycle performance of the kitchen and bath category, including pricing strategy, category growth, and expansion into new products and services
- Drive revenue growth, margin performance, market share, and customer satisfaction across builder and homeowner segments
- Hire, coach, and mentor a team of 6-10 direct reports (outside sales and showroom teams) to optimize their performance and professional growth
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and lead continuous improvement initiatives across pricing, processes, merchandising, and execution using data-driven decision making
- Partner closely with operations and leadership teams to ensure alignment for initial customer engagement through project completion
- Lead day-to-day business execution with a focus on balancing sales leadership, operational excellence, and a consistent customer experience
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 7 years of experience in the kitchen and bath, cabinetry, or related building materials industry
- Proven leadership experience hiring, coaching, and managing a sales team
- Experience managing customer relationships and complex project workflows
- Experience leading a business unit and being an active member of a leadership team
- 20/20 and CRM experience
- Background in showroom-based or design-driven sales environments
