We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales pro who thrives on solving complex challenges and making a real impact. In this role, you’ll work with our largest and most dynamic customers, helping them find the right solutions while growing your own career along the way.
You won’t just sell products, you’ll partner with customers, collaborate with internal teams, and help shape how we do business. You’ll also play a key part in mentoring teammates and stepping up to lead when needed.
Your Day-to-Day
- Own the customer relationship Understand and define customer needs, design solutions, and guide projects from concept to close
- Lead complex deals Work on infrastructure and commercial projects with engineers, architects, general contractors, material suppliers and freight partners including and internal teams
- Be the go-to problem solver Step in to troubleshoot challenges and keep projects moving forward
- Hunt for new business Research, connect, and build relationships with new customers
- Stay ahead of the curve Keep clients updated on new products and industry trends
- Step into leadership Coach teammates, lead meetings, and support the team when the opportunities arise.
- Keep things organized Track progress, manage reports, and stay on top of your pipeline

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (Sales, Marketing, or related field) or equivalent sales experience
- 2 years of sales experience (bonus if you’ve handled complex or technical sales including outside sales)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence working with different types of people, from job sites to executive offices
- Ability to stay organized, manage your time, and hit ambitious goals
- A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license
