Our client is one of South Florida's leading General Contractors with an outstanding reputation for delivering iconic luxury high-rise condominium developments throughout Miami. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of landmark projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead the field operations on ultra-luxury residential towers valued in excess of $800M.

The Opportunity

As Senior Superintendent, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day construction operations from groundbreaking through turnover. You'll lead multiple field teams, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality standards are maintained, and drive project schedules on complex high-rise developments.

You will work closely with the Project Executive, Project Manager, design consultants, ownership groups, and trade partners to ensure every phase of construction is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the exceptional standards expected of luxury residential construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations on large-scale luxury condominium projects.
• Develop and execute detailed construction schedules.
• Manage Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and trade contractors.
• Coordinate structural, MEP, envelope, interiors, and commissioning activities.
• Drive project milestones while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Conduct daily planning meetings and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Identify and resolve field challenges before they impact schedule or budget.
• Collaborate closely with ownership, architects, consultants, and inspectors.
• Manage inspections, punch lists, turnover, and closeout activities.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 15 years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven experience as Lead or Senior Superintendent on luxury high-rise condominium projects.
• Extensive knowledge of cast-in-place concrete high-rise construction.
• Experience managing projects valued between $150M and $500M .
• Strong understanding of structural sequencing, building envelope, MEP systems, and luxury interior finishes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large field teams and multiple subcontractors.
• Exceptional scheduling, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and construction management software.
