Project Manager – Luxury Custom Homes
We have partnered with one of Southwest Florida’s most established luxury residential builders, known for delivering high-quality custom homes in some of the most desirable locations across Naples and the surrounding market.
This opportunity sits within their fully custom homes division, focused on private residences typically valued between $20m–$50m.
The business has built a long-standing reputation for design-led homes, detailed craftsmanship, strong client relationships, and a highly coordinated approach across construction, architecture, interiors, and project delivery.
They are now looking to add an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of luxury custom residential projects in the field and ensure each home is delivered to the standard expected at this level of the market.
This role would suit someone who has already built fully custom homes, understands the expectations of high-net-worth clients, and can manage complex site activity with confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Requirements:
• 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager within custom home building
• Proven experience building fully custom homes valued at $10m
• Florida residential construction experience is required
• Strong understanding of luxury custom home construction from site work through finishes
• Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, quality control, and daily site operations
• Experience coordinating with architects, designers, consultants, owners’ representatives, and private clients
• Strong communication skills with a polished, professional approach on site
• Ability to maintain high standards across craftsmanship, cleanliness, safety, and execution
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable working on technically demanding residential projects
