Compensation: $135k – $160k Base Bonus 401k Auto Allowance Full Benefits

Our client is a nationally recognized general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex commercial developments across the United States. With decades of experience and a growing national footprint, the business is known for delivering high-profile projects through a collaborative, hands-on approach to construction management.

They are now expanding their presence in the Kansas City market and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in that growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of $30M commercial and mixed-use developments from construction through completion

• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client relationships

• Coordinate project teams including superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants

• Maintain strong communication with ownership groups and key stakeholders

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

• Support the long-term growth of the business in the Kansas City market

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering $30M commercial or mixed-use developments

• Strong background managing complex ground-up projects with reputable general contractors

• Experience leading large project teams and managing multiple stakeholders

• Ability to drive projects from preconstruction through final delivery

• Leadership mindset with interest in stepping into a future market leadership role

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $135k – $160k

• Performance Bonus

• 401k match at 5%

• $800 Auto Allowance
