Role Description
Bug Busters is seeking a full-time General Manager to lead daily operations, manage branch managers, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader and expert communicator who has a strong ability to delegate effectively, foster collaboration, and deliver results across multiple locations. The General Manager will play a key role in optimizing productivity, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring the highest standards of service.
What You’ll Do
As the General Manager, you’ll oversee multiple branches, ensuring every customer interaction reflects Bug Busters’ commitment to quality, integrity, and care. You’ll serve as a hands-on leader who will balance strategic planning with day-to-day operations to deliver outstanding service and measurable results.
- Lead and Develop Teams: Mentor and empower Branch Managers to create high-performing teams that consistently meet and exceed goals.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth and efficient operations across all branches, focusing on service quality, safety, and productivity.
- Champion Our Culture: Promote Bug Busters’ Culture Fundamentals, as well as, core values of teamwork, respect, and customer care, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace.
- Deliver Financial Results: Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize resources to maximize profitability across your region.
- Grow the Business: Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to drive regional growth, identify new opportunities, and expand our customer base.
- Ensure Compliance and Safety: Maintain adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations while upholding the highest safety standards.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with the Executive Team and other department leaders to implement best practices, streamline processes, and deliver consistent results.
- Monitor Performance: Track KPIs, analyze operational data, and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Visit Branches Regularly: Conduct site visits, host leadership meetings, and ensure alignment with company goals and service standards.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of pest management industry standards and regulations
- Experience in pest control and managing multiple branches
- Familiarity with Entrepreneurial Operating System from Traction (EOS®)
- Proven leadership experience with branch management. Pest control experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication, decision-making, and team-building skills
- Strong business acumen with a track record of improving operations and profitability
- Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
· Analyze branch performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in using pest control software and technology
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, agriculture, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Valid driver’s license and able to pass a background check

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $year (DOE)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
