Lead the Charge at Bug Busters – Branch Manager (Gainesville, GA)

What we offer
- Base salary: $55,000 – $70,000/year (DOE)
- Bonus plan commission (uncapped)

What you’ll be doing
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train and mentor Pest Management Professionals and Business Development Representatives.
- Set goals, evaluate performance, and build an engaged team culture.
Operations & Service Excellence
- Oversee daily branch operations: routing, scheduling, technician support, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards and efficient use of resources.
Sales & Growth Strategy
- Drive revenue growth: expand the customer base, increase retention, and hit sales targets.
- Manage the branch P&L, control costs, optimize performance and profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing/business-development to identify new opportunities in the local market.
What you bring
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a management or leadership role in home services, field operations or pest control (with preference for branch/territory management).
- Proven track record in team building, coaching and high productivity.
- Strong business acumen: budgeting, P&L oversight, scheduling, metrics-driven.
- Excellent communicator—able to build customer relationships and motivate field teams.
- Valid driver’s license. Clean driving record required.
- State pest-control license (or ability to obtain) required. (Georgia structural pest control licensure a plus.)
- Bonus: experience with EOS or other operational systems; additional certifications or management training.
