What You Bring To The Table
- 3 years of leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world leadership experience
- Strong communication skills and a passion for developing people
- A clean driving record (must be 21 )
- Ability to pass required background, MVR and Drug Screen
- Ability to earn & maintain pest control licenses (DCA)
- Tech-savvy, metrics-minded, operationally sharp
