Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring all team members deliver top-notch customer service.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices to maintain high-quality standards.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
• Train and develop staff through ongoing coaching, staff training programs, and performance evaluations.
• Handle shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand while optimizing labor costs.
• Conduct profit and loss analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures across all restaurant areas.
• Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Support catering events or banquet services when needed, ensuring smooth execution from setup to cleanup.

Experience

• Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, casual dining, or hospitality environments.
• Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong background in supervising teams, staff training, and developing talent within the food industry.
• Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis to support operational efficiency.
• Prior experience managing hospitality teams in diverse settings like fine dining or catering is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
