What You’ll Do
- Process vehicle rental reservations, contracts, and payments
- Explain rental policies, rates, insurance options, and vehicle features
- Verify customer identification and driver eligibility
- Coordinate vehicle availability with the operations team
- Upsell additional products and services when appropriate
- Inspect vehicles before and after rentals for damage or cleanliness
- Maintain accurate records and complete daily paperwork
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner

- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents/accidents in last 3 years). If under 21 must have a clean driving record.
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
- Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills.
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (training available).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving airport setting.
