As a Counter Combo Rental agent you will be in charge of:
- Operate the computer counter open and closing contracts
- Clean vehicles (washing, vacuuming, etc.) and prepare for rental
- Address customer inquiries, such as, explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
- Promote and sell coverages and upgrades
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, photocopying, and maintaining a clean and professional work space
- Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must work weekends
- 1 year of customer service experience (retail, sales, or travel industry preferred)
- Professional communication skills and problem resolution experience
- Proficient in general office equipment i.e. fax machines, photocopiers, etc.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 incidents or accidents in the past 3 years
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
