Core Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a smooth check-in/check-out process
- Verify reservations and assign rooms
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests
- Handle payments, billing, and receipts
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Resolve guest complaints or escalate when needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
