Listing Associate
Budget Barn is hiring a detail-oriented and dependable Listing Associate to prepare inventory for our online auctions. This position is responsible for inspecting, photographing, researching, and accurately listing a wide variety of customer-return and overstock merchandise.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect items and identify their condition, features, and included components Take clear, accurate photographs of each item Research products and create accurate auction titles and descriptions Disclose visible damage, missing parts, and other condition concerns Assign and verify lot numbers Organize completed inventory for storage and customer pickup Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining accuracy Keep the listing area clean and organized Follow company procedures for handling and documenting merchandise
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and online research tools Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Good written communication and basic spelling skills Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Previous experience with online listings, auctions, e-commerce, retail, or warehouse inventory is helpful but not required
The ideal candidate is someone who works quickly without sacrificing accuracy, notices small details, and takes pride in creating honest and professional listings. Training will be provided.
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
