We are hiring a Farmers Insurance Sales Representative to help drive new business growth and support our mission of becoming a top 5 agency in Ohio. - Base salary starts at $30,000 with first-year earnings potential around $50,000-$70,000

Requirements
- An active insurance license is required or a willingness to obtain one quickly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Respectful, professional, and adaptable mindset
- Comfortable with rejection and high-volume sales activity
- Coachable, trainable, and committed to continuous improvement
- Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry and systems
Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new clients through outbound calling and follow-up
- Make up to 300 outbound calls per day with consistency and focus
- Learn insurance concepts and confidently explain coverage to prospects
- Build quotes, present solutions, and close new policies
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into the agency
