We're seeking a Farmers Insurance Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping clients and wants to build a long-term career in insurance. This role serves as the agency's front line, supporting customers, assisting with policy needs, and identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships. You will receive hands-on training, ongoing support, and the tools needed to succeed.
- Base pay of $18 to $20 per hour

Requirements

- Basic computer proficiency with a willingness to learn agency systems
- Willingness to obtain Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses within the first month if not already licensed
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with professionalism and care
- Quote new insurance policies accurately and efficiently
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general service needs
- Greet customers and serve as the welcoming face of the office
- Cross-sell additional products to existing customers when appropriate
