Senior Accountant | Healthcare/Medical Products
A growing healthcare-focused organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the close process, improving accounting operations, and helping build a more scalable, process-driven accounting function within a growing business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities
- Prepare/review journal entries, reconciliations, and account analyses
- Maintain GL accuracy and supporting schedules
- Support financial reporting, audits, and compliance initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and stronger controls
- Partner cross-functionally with finance leadership on reporting and insights
Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- Strong GAAP month-end close experience
- ERP system experience required
- CPA preferred (or in progress)
- Experience within a growing and/or PE-backed environment is a plus
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
