Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the quarterly and annual global tax provision under ASC 740, including current and deferred taxes, uncertain tax positions, and effective tax rate analysis
• Partner on the integration of acquired businesses, gaining visibility into transaction-related tax impacts, risks, and structuring considerations
• Help modernize the tax function by supporting the implementation of technology and automation tools that reduce risk and improve efficiency
• Research complex tax issues, translate technical findings into clear insights, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership
• Stay ahead of evolving tax legislation and assess implications to the business in real time
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, auditors, and external advisors on global reporting matters
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement
• Mentor and develop team members while working closely with broader tax and finance teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of tax experience, ideally within a Big Four firm or large, complex organization
• Strong foundation in ASC 740 and income tax accounting
• CPA and/or MST preferred
• A proactive mindset with the ability to operate independently and adapt in a fast-moving environment
